What are you actually buying?
Is this a resume or a website?
Birthsite Sprint builds websites. Some offers are streamlined one-page profiles, while others are larger custom website builds.
Will this count as having a website?
Yes. Whether you choose a one-page profile or a larger site, it is a real website with a shareable link.
Is this a custom website design service?
Some offers are intentionally streamlined and productized. Larger custom website builds are available separately when you need more than the focused package.

What happens after you pay?
What do you need from me?
That depends on the service, but typically resumes, work history, specialties, certifications, contact details, photos, links, booking tools, and any existing website or domain access you want connected.
Can I reserve my spot now and send my materials later?
Yes. In most cases, you can book first and send your materials afterward. Work begins once payment and the needed materials are received.
Do I need to be tech savvy for this?
No. The goal is to make the process straightforward, even if you are not technical.
Hosting + domains
Where does the site live?
Do I need my own hosting?
Not necessarily. Managed hosting is available, and existing setups can also be worked with depending on the project.
What if I already own a domain?
If you already own a domain, it can usually be connected. Your business should keep ownership of the domain account. You can either invite Birthsite Sprint as a technical helper or add the DNS records yourself using the domain connection guide.
What records do I add to point my domain?
The usual setup is an A record for your root domain and a CNAME record for www. Before changing anything, check whether your domain is used for email and do not remove MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO best practices can be included. Broader SEO support, ongoing content, or local search work can be added separately depending on the project.

What if you need more?
Can I add testimonials, contact forms, or social links?
Yes. Additional features and sections can be added depending on the page and scope.
What if I want more than a one-page site?
Larger custom website builds are available if you need something beyond a one-page profile.
Can you help with edits to an existing website?
Yes. Existing website updates, revisions, cleanup, troubleshooting, and stronger presentation work can usually be quoted separately.
What if my website is already built but I am stuck?
Setup or troubleshooting help may be available depending on the platform, access, and problem.
