How to Write Your Service Area on a Care Website
Your service area should be easy for families to understand and natural enough that the page still feels human.
Make location visible early.
Families often need to know whether you work in their area before they read anything else. Put your city, region, or travel radius near the top of the page.
Use natural location language.
You do not need to repeat every city in every sentence. Write the way a real family would ask about your work.
- Name your main city or region
- List nearby areas if they matter
- Clarify in-home, overnight, virtual, or travel support
- Mention travel fees or limits only if useful
Local clarity helps search and trust
Service area copy helps both families and search engines understand where your care is available.
Keep it readable.
A clean sentence about where you work is better than a crowded block of city names that makes the page feel spammy.
